There is nothing here yet, and that is the honest answer.
Journeys Kind is a new organisation. Our application to register with Care Inspectorate Wales is still in progress, and regulated care cannot begin until that registration is granted. Nobody has received care from us yet, so nobody can honestly recommend us yet.
We could fill this page with warm words. Plenty of providers do. We would rather you saw an empty page and knew you could trust the full one when it arrives.

Our promise
How we will handle what people say about us.
A testimonials page is only worth reading if you can trust how it was put together. These are the rules we hold ourselves to, from the very first review we receive.
Real people only
Every testimonial comes from someone who has actually received support from us, or a family member, friend or professional involved in their care. We do not write them, buy them or generate them.
Permission first
Nothing appears here until the person has said we may publish it, and they can ask us to take it down at any time, without giving a reason. See our Privacy Notice.
Their words, not ours
We publish what people write. We will not rewrite a testimonial to sound more polished, and we will not stitch together the flattering half of a sentence.
The difficult ones too
If someone tells us we got something wrong, we would rather hear it, fix it and say so than hide it. Complaints go to us directly and are answered properly, not managed quietly.
